Never Dismiss News of Someone’s Passing

Like most people, I once dismissed the news of someone’s passing, especially when I could justify their death as people often do with generally accepted phrases such as: “They were elderly”, “a smoker” or some other insensitive suggested rationale.

But now…having been a caregiver for one as ill as my beautiful bride Michelle, I find I’ve become extremely saddened each and every time I learn of the passing of another human.  Read More...

 A Message From Herb...

"Gentlemen... Hug your brides."

                          - Herb Knoll

Five Things You Can't Recover:

    The stone...after the throw.
    The word...after it's said.
    The occasion...after it's missed.
    The time...after it's gone.

    The person...after they die.

 Testimonial

Michelle’s Angels Foundation
Featured Angel Artist
Winter 2012

Jon Michaels

Kim Parent was one of the original MAF Angel Artists and the first Angel Artist to be featured by the Michelle's Angels Foundation on its website in 2009.  Not only does Kim support the Michelle's Angels with her music, she also supports it by referring other artists to join the ranks of the Angel Artists.  Such is the case of the MAF Featured Angel Artist - Winter 2012, Jon Michaels.

Artists join the MAF's talented pool of Angel Artists so those served by the Michelle's Angels Foundation can be comforted during their time of need.  Jon is no exception and quickly became one of the favorites of those who visit the website's jukebox.  Jon is an extraordinary talent you won't want to miss by visiting the MAF Jukebox at the top of this page.  Move your cursor around and watch the little jewel boxes begin to move to the left.  Once you find Jon's tracks, just click on one you like and it will begin playing.  Did I mention the enjoying Jon's music is FREE thanks to Jon's generosity.  To learn more about Jon and his unique sound, click MORE...

Congratulations Jon.  Everyone associated with the Michelle's Angels Foundation, Inc. is thrilled to count you among our Angel Artists...and wish to thank you for the gifts you provide those who quietly suffer. God Bless You For Caring!

Angel Saves Boy

(Boston Bar, BC, Canada) Headlines and news accounts broadcasted around the world in January 2010 told the remarkable story of “Angel”…an 18 month old adopted Golden Retriever who saved the life of her owner, Austin Forman (age 11). With Angel by his side, Austin stepped outside his rural mountain residence in Boston Bar, British Columbia, Canada, (about 130 miles north of Vancouver) to gather some fireplace wood when the cougar attacked. But before the cougar could get to Austin, Angel leaped into action, bravely engaging the cougar herself. A horrific battle ensued under the family’s deck as Austin ran into his home and excitedly explained to his mother Sherri Forman how “there’s a cougar eating Angel.”  More...
